Randall Lovikov is a fictional character in the 2007 video game No More Heroes. He is a drunken Russian man who seemingly always spends his time drinking at Santa Destroy's bar plastic model, a bar in Gold Town; his age is unknown. His memories reach out to Travis Touchdown to teach special moves and skills by beating the assassin senseless, each of which are named after the Smith assassins from killer7.
Randall Lovikov is voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
