"Speed Buster's Weapon" is the sixty-sixth trading card, and part of the Design Materials set. Only during a New Game +, it can be obtained in Speed City just prior to the third ranking match. It is a weapon card depicting concept art for the first phase of the Buster Launcher, the weapon used by the third ranked assassin, Speed Buster, from early in the development of No More Heroes.
